10) Romano (South Italy) - Axis Powers Hetalia
He is just too cute! When he asked Italy to say nice things about him… gosh, I just melted inside! And I think his voice is sooooooo awesome! He can be soft and pleading… angry and belligerent… but my favorite voice that Romano did was when he laughed at Germany for “your big booshy moostache!” THAT was one of my fave Hetalia moments.

9) Kasanoda- Ouran High School Host Club
What can I say? Love the red-headed bad boy type. Kasanoda acts so tough, so fierce! And yet, inside, he’s sensitive, shy, and caring. Plus, he’s just plain physically attractive.

8) Tie between Grandpa Rome and Germany- Axis Powers Hetalia
Rome is fun-loving, almost goofy. He’s much like his adorable grandson, Italy, and that accent! Sigh…
He’s majestic in the way that all royalty is, while at the same time modernly likable. Absent-minded and dreamy, he’s just so… so… cute! That’s the only word for it.
On the other end of the spectrum, there’s Germany. Down to earth, strict about rules, and VERY much the leader type. In terms of facial expressions, he’s basically got two modes: default calm. And freaked out (angry, shocked, whatever). But his voice betrays much more emotion than he lets on; softer tones or certain phrases he uses let the audience see emotions that Germany usually hides.
Oh. And I like his hair when it’s down.

7) Doyle- The Secret Saturdays
Again: love the red-headed bad boy. He’s visually appealing, got a great background story, awesome fighting skills… Plus, he’s like, thirty years old. He refuses to grow up; inside, he’s like seventeen. I respect that. The voice is cool too.

6) Canada (Matthew) - Axis Powers Hetalia.
Shy. Not unkind. Carries a bear everywhere with him. Need I say more?

5) Johnny “Nny”- JTHM
K, this one’s not hard at all. Nny is a maniacal homicidal psychopath, yes. BUT IT’S NOT HIS FAULT. He actually regrets what he does… sometimes. Inside, he understands that what he does is wrong; he just can’t stop. He goes so far as to WEEP when he thinks his conscience is leaving him. Nny is intelligent, philosophical, and even kind to his neighbor Squee. Perfectly lovable, once you get past the killing thing.

4) Saburo- Sgt. Frog
Please, let me be shallow. I know next to nothing about this kid’s personality. But the first time I saw him… dang it, Saburo is just plain GORGEOUS! The hair, the eyes… I’m a sucker for silver hair and blue eyes. So beautiful! And on the same person? *hiss* Leeeethal…

3) Chase- Xiaolin Showdown
Hands up if you’ve seen this guy fight. Okay, now double hands up if you’ve heard him talk. Triple hands up if you think he looks good. Quadruple if you respect his cunning. I have two hands and two feet up right now.
Chase is a literal quadruple threat: he’s the best warrior in the world. His voice is perfectly done to suit an evil Dragon Lord, and he even looks the part. Chase knows how to get what he wants; evil planning is a main skill of his.
2) Tamaki- Ouran High School Host Club
Again, shallow: Tama-chan is cute. His hair is cute, his bearing regal, and those eyes! Gotta love the eyes…
But he’s also protective and caring; he treats the Host Club like his family. And Tamaki takes good care of his family…

1) Ace- One Piece
Ace is awesome. No two ways about it. He’s fun, cares about his brother, and shoots FLAMES AT HIS ENEMIES. Ace can be serious, too; he’s not just a big goof all the time like Luffy.

I actually almost cried when- wait! For those of you who haven’t heard, I won’t spoil it. For those of you who are One Piece fans, you know what I’m talking about.
